Prior to assuming leadership at Doctor Furance, Inc. Adeel previously held Vice President Business Operations at Heat Treat Professionals, Inc. a boutique aerospace heat treating consulting firm and has been a consultant with Accenture, LLP. Adeel has also worked as a Technology Marketing Manager at Procter & Gamble and is a graduate of Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business.

Bill has 7 years solid experience in the field of pyrometry and instrument calibrations. He brings 25+ years in the commercial & residential service industries. Bill has a great ability to work with unions and management alike to bring superior quality for both parties in the long run.
