The origins of Doctor Furnace Inc. (DFI) go back right to the initial stages of the Nadcap Heat Treat Department at PRI. Zia Karim (MS in Materials Science) served for nearly ten years as Senior Staff Engineer and supporting development of many of the checklists while training both auditors, and suppliers in the Heat Treating Industry. After leaving, Heat Treat Professionals Inc. was founded in 2002 to provide clients with Nadcap and Heat Treating Consulting. Now, that deep knowledge and vast experience continues with Adeel Karim and the Doctor Furnace staff providing the latest and best products and services to the Heat Treating industry since 2004.
